| well you see its been quite a long time obviously since ive posted...like 6 fucking months recently ive worked hard to get weight off...i was 129 now im 117...not skinny but better then 129. I just watched portion sizes of my meals and cut out like nasty fast food shit and for the most part all the pastrys and sweets...i drink more water too just cause i guess sometimes you mistake your dehydration with hunger pains...my body looks better but summers coming and ive gotta a senior trip that i have gotta look fucking amazing for. For summer i wanna be like 103ish at the least...but i want a tight little ass

| So yesterdays eating went okay but today will be better So far all i have had was half of a chicken sandwich...and thats all i will be having besides a green tea lemonade from starbucks. I am going to start a 3 day fast tomorrow and im excited cause fasting always makes me get really skinny! Ugh i really am so fat! After my three day fast im just going to have small portions untill i fast again. So friday ill probally just have a roll of sushi - philidelphi most likely - then only have 3 popcicles on saturday (15 cal each!) then who knows but ill probally fast next sunday or monday for 2 or 3 days again! I hope i can make it! But it will all be worth it! So back in October i hardly ate cause i wanted to look skinny for this big event i had planned that i was wearing a super tight-fitting dress to. I didnt eat anything with bread in it. Like absolutley no carbs and i worked out like 3-4 times a week and in like 3 1/2 weeks i lost 13lbs i went from 118 to 105! It was amazing and i looked super skinny! I am defiently thinking that i am going to cut out all bread it again and just have salad, sushi, fruit and veggis, and like low low low cal drinks. I did elipitical today but only for a lil while...burned 120 cal i might possibly go back to the gym in a lil while to burn off that sandwich. | Im just starting this thing off. My goal is to be 96 pounds at the most. Right now im about 118 sadly. Im discusting. I will be 110 by July 8 thought! I will be skinny! So far today all i had was a couple bites of toast and coffee. If i have anything else it will be a popcicle.
